Vritra Security Organization (VritraSec) - Software License Agreement and Refund Policy Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and purchase of software products offered by Vritra Security Organization (VritraSec) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing any software provided by VritraSec, you (“Customer”, “user”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and refund policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or purchase our software.

1. Definitions and General Terms
For the purposes of these Terms:
    - “Software” refers to any software product developed, sold, or distributed by VritraSec.
    - “License” refers to the non-transferable, non-exclusive right granted to users to use the Software in accordance with the scope defined in these Terms.
    - “Refund Period” refers to the 7-day period starting from the date of purchase during which refund eligibility may be evaluated.

2. License and Usage Restrictions
2.1. License Grant: Upon purchase of the Software, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for the purposes described in the Software documentation and in compliance with these Terms. This License is valid only for the duration of the subscription or as specified at the time of purchase.

2.2. Restrictions on Use: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
    - The Software may be used only on one system at a time. Use of the Software on more than one device without obtaining additional licenses will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or termination of the License.
    - The Software must not be used through any VPN, proxy, or other anonymization services, as this may interfere with the proper functionality of the Software. If it is detected that the Software is being used in such a manner, the License may be immediately revoked without prior notice.
    - The Customer shall not attempt to copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Software, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from VritraSec.
    - The License is subject to automatic termination in the event of any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of the Software, or if the Software is used in a manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

3. Software Usage Requirements
3.1. Minimum Usage: To ensure the proper functioning of the Software and to qualify for the 7-day refund guarantee, the Customer must use the Software continuously for a minimum of 12 to 15 hours per day for the entire 7-day period following the purchase. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Software is operating as intended during this period.

3.2. Usage Monitoring: VritraSec reserves the right to request usage logs or other verifiable evidence from the Customer to confirm compliance with the minimum usage requirement. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the denial of any refund claims.

3.3. System Compatibility: The Customer must ensure that the device on which the Software is being installed meets the minimum system requirements as outlined in the product documentation. VritraSec is not liable for any issues arising from incompatibility with the Customer’s hardware or software environment.

4. Refund Policy
4.1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee: VritraSec offers a 7-day refund guarantee for all software purchases, provided the following conditions are met:
    - The Software fails to produce the intended result, such as the successful finding or cracking of any wallet, during the 7-day period.
    - The Software was used in accordance with the Minimum Usage requirements outlined in Section 3.1.
    - The License remains valid throughout the 7-day period and has not been revoked due to breaches of the License Agreement.

4.2. Conditions for Refund Approval: To be eligible for a refund:
    - The Customer must submit a refund request after the completion of the 7-day period.
    - The Customer must provide documentation or logs proving that the Software was used regularly for the required number of hours per day as stipulated in Section 3.1. Failure to do so may result in the denial of the refund request.
    - The Software must not have been used in violation of the License restrictions, including, but not limited to, usage on multiple devices, usage over VPNs or proxies, or any form of unauthorized access.

4.3. Exclusions from Refund: Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
    - The Customer did not use the Software for the required minimum duration of 12 to 15 hours per day during the 7-day refund period.
    - The License was invalidated due to misuse, such as installation on multiple systems, or use of VPNs or proxies.
    - The Customer requests a refund before the 7-day period is complete.
    - The Software is working as described, but the Customer has changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the Software.

4.4. Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund:
    - Contact VritraSec at t.me/ethicxbot with the following information: Software name, blockchain, plan, purchase date, proof of minimum usage, and a description of the issue encountered with the Software.
    - VritraSec will review the request and may request additional information, such as usage logs or screenshots, before making a determination.
    - Refund requests will be processed within 2 business days of receiving all necessary information. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. License Termination
5.1. License Expiration: The License may be automatically terminated without any further notice under any of the following conditions:
    - The Customer has attempted to use the Software on multiple system/devices simultaneously without obtaining the appropriate License(s).
    - The Software has been used over a VPN, proxy, or other anonymous network, in violation of the Terms.
    - The Customer has violated any other provision of these Terms, including unauthorized distribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of the Software.

5.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of the License, the Customer must immediately cease using the Software and remove it from all systems. Any attempt to continue using the Software after termination will be considered an infringement of VritraSec’s intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
    - VritraSec is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if VritraSec has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    - In no event shall VritraSec’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Software.
    - VritraSec does not guarantee that the Software will meet all of the Customer’s expectations or be error-free. Performance may vary depending on the Customer’s system configuration, connection speed and usage environment.

7. Amendments to the Terms
    - VritraSec reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review the updated Terms. Continued use of the Software after the Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law
 - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [insert applicable jurisdiction].


By purchasing and using VritraSec’s software, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in the revocation of your license and ineligibility for refunds or continued support.
